  7. Sirs,

I am working in Central Govt. organization as an Assistant and I would like to know about the correct fixation of pay as on 1.1.2006 and on different options. The details are:

    2.Date of Increment: June

    4. The following scale patterns are followed by the Office.

    a) 5000-150-8000
    b) 5500-175-9000
    c) 6500-200-6900 likely to revise in new scale 7450-225-11500

Whether option can be exercised for fixation of pay as on 1.6.2006 or 1.7.2006. If it is exercised what is fixation of pay as on 1.1.2006, 1.6.2006, 1.7.2006, and for the respective years.
